Wang Dongmei, China Enterprise Cooperation Manager of climate organization, said that to overcome these obstacles, the government can provide equipment energy efficiency benchmarks, implement automated audits in energy intensive enterprises, formulate strict energy-saving goals and related monitoring means, set up government subsidies to encourage the adoption of the best technology of similar equipment, and provide low interest loans to finance energy efficiency projects in the industry

Yang Tiesheng said that in the next five to eight years, China will establish new factories for large and medium-sized steel enterprises with an annual output of more than 3million tons to 5million tons, which will enable us to continuously expand our global complex factory network and establish energy control centers. The popularization of this technology can improve the energy efficiency of enterprises by 1.3% every year

the climate Organization reported that if applied globally, optimizing motors and industrial automation will save 68billion euros by 2020. "Due to the scale and inefficient base of manufacturing, China has the greatest potential for savings."

it is estimated that without optimization, industrial motors will account for 10% of China's carbon dioxide emissions, or 2% of the global carbon emissions, by 2020
