The world machine tool market recovered in the first half of 2010

in the first half of 2010, not only the domestic machine tool market experienced a blowout, but also the global machine tool market performed well

in the first six months, the order volume of machine tools in Japan increased by 197.5% year-on-year, and maintained an increase in July.

according to the latest data released by the Japan Machine Tool Industry Association (jmtba) on August 17, the order volume of machine tools in Japan reached 84.089 billion yen in July this year, an increase of 144.8% compared with the same period last year

there are two main reasons for this: in July 2009, the order volume of machine tools in Japan experienced a sharp decline rarely seen in history, so the low comparison base led to a rapid increase in the order volume in July 2010. In addition, the continuous recovery of overseas demand centered on export also pushed the pendulum pneumatic release up the increase of order volume

statistics show that in July this year, Japan's domestic machine tool orders increased by 101.7% year-on-year to 29.097 billion yen, but decreased by 0.5% month on month compared with June; The increase of machine tool orders in overseas markets centered on emerging market countries is as high as 1. By adopting camera real-time monitoring on the pressure test site, 76.1% of the unmanned pressure test site can be achieved, with a total of 54.992 billion yen

let's look at the data of the previous six months. In June this year, the order volume of machine tools in Japan was 83.493 billion yen, a slight increase of 3.6% over 80.426 billion yen last month, and the total order volume increased by 138.8% over June 2009. In 2010, the cumulative machine tool order volume was 440.674 billion yen, with a year-on-year increase of 197.5%

from the perspective of demand, in June 2010, Japan's domestic machine tool orders amounted to 29.157 billion yen, an increase of 1.7% month on month and 101.7% year on year; In June, the cumulative domestic orders were 134.61 billion yen, an increase of 109.7% year-on-year. In June, overseas machine tool orders amounted to 54.336 billion yen, up 4.6% month on month and 164.9% year-on-year; In June, the cumulative overseas orders were 306.064 billion yen, a substantial increase of 264.7% year-on-year

it can be seen from the demand that the order growth of Japanese machine tool overseas market is much higher than that of domestic market. The rapid recovery momentum of its machine tool industry is outstanding in the global machine tool market

According to the latest statistical data released by Korea Machine Tool Industry Association (komma), the total value of machine tools produced in South Korea in June 2010 was 1522.665 billion won (about 8.707 billion yuan), an increase of 62.38% over the same period last year. In July, the output value of Korean machine tools was 249.738 billion won (about 14.28 billion yuan above the said experimental standards refer to ISO, ASTM, DIN, GB, BS, JIS...), an increase of 1.57% month on month and 113.04% year-on-year

in January this year, the cumulative new machine tool orders in South Korea reached 201.24 billion won (about 11.509 billion yuan), an increase of 115.33% year-on-year. In July, South Korea increased machine tool orders by 244.715 billion won (about 1.399 billion yuan), a month on month decrease of 18.35% and a year-on-year increase of 103.18%. Komma said that in the past two months, the new orders of machine tools in South Korea have dropped significantly, and the year may show a trend of high before and low after

this trend is consistent with the trend of domestic machine tool market

in terms of imports, South Korea imported a total of 757million US dollars of machine tools in 2010, an increase of 25.54% year-on-year. In July, South Korea imported 125million US dollars of machine tools, with a month on month increase of 6.18% and a year-on-year increase of 17.92%

in terms of exports, South Korea exported a total of 893million US dollars of machine tools this month, an increase of 30.94% year-on-year. Among them, in July, the export of machine tools was $169 million, with a month on month increase of 5.71% and a year-on-year increase of 92.05%

Komma also said that China is the largest machine tool export market in South Korea, and South Korean machine tool manufacturers intend to develop products that meet the needs of Chinese users, thereby expanding their market share in China

German machine tool orders increased by 62% year-on-year in June 2010

recently, the data released by the German machinery and Equipment Manufacturing Association (VDMA) pointed out that in June 2010, the orders of the German machine tool sector continued to rebound from the low point of last year, and the new orders in the machine tool industry increased by 62% year-on-year, which is the continuous growth of orders after falling for 15 consecutive months

among them, in June 2010, German domestic orders increased by 67% year-on-year, while overseas orders increased by 60% year-on-year. Orders from other eurozone countries increased by 27% over the same period last year

in the second quarter of 2010, German machine tool orders increased by 52% over the same period last year, and the second quarter was the three months with little data fluctuation. Among them, local orders increased by 51% and overseas orders increased by 54%. Orders from other eurozone countries increased by 30% year-on-year

in the first half of 2010, the total number of machine tool orders in Germany increased by 32% year-on-year, which is too wasteful. Among them, overseas orders increased by 34% year-on-year, and local orders increased by 27%. Orders from other countries in the eurozone increased by 17%

the data shows that the orders of the German machine tool industry kept rising in the first half of the year, which deviated from the downward trend of the domestic machine tool industry in May and June. (LAN Haixia)
